Common questions

Before you start.

Do I need a UAE driving licence before applying?

No. You do not need a UAE licence to apply. We register you for driving classes in the UAE after you arrive, and your licence is processed as part of the onboarding. You must be able to ride a motorcycle.

Who pays for the flight ticket?

Step 6 is your responsibility — you book and pay for your own flight to Sharjah. All UAE-side costs (medical, Emirates ID, driving licence registration, training) are covered by us or deducted against your employment terms.

Is the Indian medical certificate accepted?

Yes. An Indian government-approved medical certificate is accepted for the UAE visa process.

Can I apply if I have not finished my driving licence yet?

Yes. We begin the driving licence process in the UAE after you arrive. Completing classes and passing the test is part of your onboarding period.

What happens if I fail the driving test?

You can retake the test. We will guide you through additional classes if needed. Deployment begins once the licence is in hand.
